  Rick Miller (President)

 

 Lisa Goodman (Vice President & Secretary)

Lisa was drawn to KPOV shortly after she replanted in Bend in 2009. With a background in print and broadcast journalism, she was drawn to KPOV and its mission to strengthen the community and democracy through grassroots participation in independent, non-commercial radio. A mother, runner and closet thespian, Lisa works for St. Charles Health System as a media and strategic communications coordinator.

 

 

 

 

Natalie Heidtmann (Treasurer)

Natalie is a bookkeeper, singer for Past Fraction Zero, mother of two sons and outdoor enthusiast. She has done bookkeeping from her home office in Bend for 5 years and this is the first time she has held a board position. She is looking forward to the challenges being treasurer will bring, as well as the rewards of working to bring KPOV to Full Power and expanding its listenership.

Victoria Berry

Victoria is a past business owner who is dedicated to promoting community radio. She volunteers for the Red Cross and SMART as well as being a KPOV DJ. Victoria is the host of "Sacred Spaces" playing world music of a wide variety of traditions. She is inspired by Albert Einstein's words "We cannot wage peace through war. We can only wage peace through understanding." Victoria believes that community radio promotes a wide variety of view points.

 

 

Jason Albert

Jason Albert is a multimedia storyteller based in Bend, Oregon. His stories most often explore environmental issues or the arts. Jason has served as a volunteer at KPOV and believes community radio is a wonderful medium to promote community dialogue and foster creative storytelling. Jason can often be seen chasing two speedy boys around town.

 

 

 

 

Ken Largent

Ken was drawn to volunteer with KPOV based on his appreciation of programs
like Democracy Now. His work with Toastmasters has heightened his dedication to
effective communications and our need to entertain divergent perspectives. Ken
maintains a practice as a movement and conditioning educator at Movement
Facilitation.
